Staying at the sister hotel, Bonsella Boutique Hotel, was a mix of pleasant surprises and minor disappointments. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with all the needed amenities, but unfortunately, they were very noisy at times. The service, like Lou, was beyond helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. The location, although lively and in the city center, could benefit from better sound isolation. The dining experience offered a decent variety, yet limited when compared to other establishments. Overall, a stay with notable highlights and some room for improvement.
